A magnitude 4.0 earthquake struck the Pamukkale district of Denizli early this morning, according to the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).
The quake occurred at 3:01 AM local time at a depth of 7.96 kilometers. Tremors were felt in the city center and surrounding areas, causing a brief period of panic among residents.
Thankfully, no injuries or significant damage have been reported at this time. (ILKHA)
