At the International Contracting Services Award Ceremony in Ankara, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan emphasized Türkiye’s ambition to become a regional and global hub.
He highlighted the country's efforts to seize every opportunity amid the shifting dynamics of the international system.
Erdoğan noted that as the world undergoes changes and new centers of power emerge in economy, production, and technology, Türkiye must adapt to these developments. He defended Türkiye's foreign policy, stating that its activities in Africa, Latin America, and Asia are not to be criticized but praised as strategic moves in global politics.
"We are aware that there are those who still misunderstand or deliberately distort our foreign policy and stance on regional and global matters, but we do not pay heed to them," Erdoğan said. He reiterated that Türkiye's foreign policy aims to keep open the "windows of opportunities" with every actor and structure as regional blocs continue to diversify and increase. (ILKHA)
