The press office of Hizbullah Jamaah has issued a press release regarding the devastating earthquake that hit southern Türkiye and northern Syria.
Hizbullah Jamaah offered condolences to the bereaved families of those who lost their lives and wished a speedy recovery to the injured in the deadly earthquake that killed more than 10,000 people in both countries.
“The disaster is cataclysmic and the burden is heavy, it is the day to help each other, it is the day to extend our hands to each other, it is the day to compete in good works, it is the day to do good and beneficial works, it is the day of brotherhood. It is the day of praying and performing good deeds. It is the day of gaining the Jannah of our Lord that is as vast as the heavens and the earth. It is the day to share our meals and houses with each other,” Hizbullah Jamaah said.
The jamaah went on to say: “Our brothers and sisters who shared their homes with those who were in trouble for months! We know that you have made and will make the same sacrifice today. Continue to set an example for other people by helping the earthquake-affected people. Show that you are with your siblings, friends, and relatives on a day like this. Be with those at the sites of the rubble of razed buildings but do not disrupt the work of the rescuers. Be with the people in assembly centers.”
Reminding that all aid organizations in Turkey are in an effort to reach out and help their brothers and sisters within their means, the jamaah added: “May Allah (Jalla Jalaluh) be pleased with everyone who contributed. Meanwhile, aid organizations should not neglect Syria. Let's not forget that our brothers in Syria have been affected by the earthquake more than anyone else.” (ILKHA)
