Hope Caravan Association calls for increased aid to Gaza amid ongoing crisis

The Hope Caravan Association in Batman has issued a heartfelt appeal for continued humanitarian assistance to Gaza, emphasizing the severe hardships faced by children and families in the region.
Nurettin Teymur, President of the Hope Caravan Association, highlighted the indescribable suffering in Gaza, noting that residents are grappling with extreme hunger and dire living conditions. He underscored the urgency of sustained aid efforts, stating: "We cannot sleep comfortably here while the atrocity and humanitarian crisis continues, while our children, women, and brothers are struggling with hunger."
Teymur called upon the international community, particularly Muslims and compassionate individuals worldwide, to persist in their support for Gaza. He stressed the importance of not leaving Gaza isolated during these challenging times, urging, "Please let us not withhold our aid. Let's continue our aids."

The association has been actively involved in providing aid to Gaza since October 7th, despite obstacles posed by the Israeli occupation regime. Teymur expressed concern over a recent decline in aid and encouraged donors to channel their support through the Hope Caravan, which has a proven track record of effective assistance both domestically and internationally.
In a demonstration of solidarity, a resident of Batman, moved by the distressing images from Gaza, donated his newly purchased vehicle worth 5 million lira to the Hope Caravan Association. This generous contribution aims to support ongoing relief efforts in the region.
The Hope Caravan Association remains steadfast in its commitment to alleviating the suffering in Gaza and continues to call for increased aid and awareness from the global community. (ILKHA)
