A 4.7 magnitude earthquake hit the Ezine district of Türkiye's northwestern Çanakkale province on Monday.
The earthquake took place at 17:39 TSI, according to Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency.
Emergency response teams are currently on standby to assess the situation and provide assistance if needed.
Further evaluations are ongoing to determine the impact of the quake on the affected region. (ILKHA)
