The Orphans Foundation, an international help organization, has provided clothing aid to hundreds of orphaned children in Diyarbakır.
The foundation took the children to a clothing shop in the Kayapınar district to provide them with shoes, clothes, socks, and underwear ahead of Eid-al-Fitr, which marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan for Muslims.
Speaking to Ilke News Agency regarding their charitable activities, Mehmet Emin Çağlı, a volunteer for the foundation, said: “As the Orphans Foundation, we provided clothing aid to orphans ahead of Eid-al-Fitr, as we do every year. With the support of our donors, we have dressed up more than 400 orphan children today. I would like to thank philanthropists for their precious contributions to our relief efforts. We are trying to serve as a bridge between rich and poor.” (ILKHA)
