Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is set to make an official visit to the Republic of Türkiye, where he will meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, according to Faed Mustafa, Palestine's Ambassador to Ankara.
Ambassador Mustafa announced that discussions are ongoing to finalize the timing of the visit through diplomatic channels and in accordance with proper protocols.
President Abbas has also received an invitation from the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye to deliver a speech before the Turkish legislature. Efforts are currently underway to schedule this address through official diplomatic communications between the two countries.
Ambassador Mustafa emphasized the strong fraternal relations between the two nations and their peoples, expressing high appreciation for Türkiye's unwavering support for the rights of the Palestinian people. (ILKHA)
