All arrangements have been finalized for the Mawlid al Nabi celebration organized by the Prophet’s Lovers Foundation in Diyarbakır, set to commence at 13:30.
The event area is fully prepared to welcome attendees. Lovers of the Prophet have already begun arriving, eagerly awaiting the program's commencement.
Ercan Fidan, an organizer with the Prophet's Lovers Foundation, confirmed all preparations are complete.
"We've finalized the stage, sound system, bazaar area, health tent, and a dedicated tent for lost children," Fidan said.
To ensure convenient access, the Foundation arranged free shuttle buses from designated city points. Those arriving by personal vehicle can walk a short distance from designated parking areas due to expected crowds.
Strict security measures are in place. Attendees will need to pass through police control points before entering the event area.
Committee officials are present throughout the venue, managing separate entry gates for men and women to prevent overcrowding.
Rehber TV will be broadcasting the event live. A giant screen has also been installed for easy viewing by the large audience. Mobile base stations are on-site to handle increased cellular traffic.
Prophet's Lovers Foundation has set up a charity bazaar within the event area. Additionally, a health tent with doctors, paramedics, and medical supplies is available to address any health concerns. A dedicated tent is also available to assist with missing children.
Organizers have stocked the area with ample water to distribute to attendees. Religious hymns and anthems are currently playing to welcome the gathering crowd. (ILKHA)
