Three people were wounded on Wednesday night by rockets fired by YPG/PKK fighters from the Qamishlo region of Syria to Nusaybin, district of Mardin, a southeastern province of Turkey.
Turkey's operation east of the Euphrates in Syria has been followed by rocket attacks from areas controlled by the YPG/PKK.
Rocket launchers fired from Qamishlo hit an empty plot on Hayat Street in Mardin's Nusaybin district. 3 people who were said to have been in the street at the time were injured by shrapnel fragments.
The injured were treated at the Nusaybin State Hospital.
On the other hand, the rocket fired from Qamishlo fell on the edge of the Railway on Seher Street in Saladin Eyyubi Neighborhood, did not explode. Security measures were taken in the area and police officers kept the rocket under guard to destroy it. (ILKHA)
