Turkey to request extradition for YPG/PKK leader Mazloum Kobani

Turkey has prepared extradition requisition for SDF leader Mazloum Kobani.
Turkish Justice Ministry said in a statement on Monday it sent a letter of extradition request to the Foreign Ministry for the arrest of YPG/PKK leader Ferhat Abdi Sahin a.k.a. Mazlum Kobani.
The extradition requisition includes a request for provisional arrest, the Turkish Justice Ministry said in a statement Monday.
Ferhat Abdi Şahin is the leader of SDF, which is dominated by the YPG, an armed group that operates as the Syrian offshoot of the PKK. (ILKHA)
