Turkish Coast Guard Command teams have rescued 50 irregular migrants, including 8 children, off the coasts of Muğla, İzmir, and Aydın.
The operation was initiated upon receiving information about the presence of rubber boats carrying irregular migrants in the region.
The Coast Guard teams, dispatched promptly to the area, managed to capture 50 irregular migrants, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved, including 8 minors.
In a separate operation off the coast of Muğla, 25 more irregular migrants were detained along with 1 suspected migrant smuggler. This operation underscores the ongoing efforts of the Turkish authorities to curb illegal migration and human smuggling activities.
