Turkish soldier killed on Syrian border

One Turkish soldier was killed and four others injured in a missile attack on Çiçekalan Border Post in Birecik district of Turkey’s southeastern Şanlıurfa province.
“In an attack targeting the Çiçekalan Border Post in the Birecik district of Şanlıurfa, one of our soldiers was martyred and 4 others were injured,” Şanlıurfa governor's office said in a statement.
“The soldiers injured as a result of the attack were taken to the hospital by helicopters and ambulances,” it added. (ILKHA)
