The health ministry in Gaza reported on Monday that the Israeli occupation army has committed three massacres in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, resulting in the deaths of at least 80 citizens and injuring 216 others.
The ministry highlighted that the casualty count from the Israeli bombing of al-Oraiban School in the al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza Strip on Sunday evening had risen to 22 martyrs and 102 wounded.
The ongoing Israeli aggression, which began on October 7 last year, has resulted in a death toll of 38,664 martyrs and 89,097 wounded, according to the ministry's latest figures.
"A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads as ambulance and civil defense crews have been prevented by Israeli occupation forces from approaching them," the ministry added.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation army has launched a devastating aggression on the Gaza Strip, causing tens of thousands of deaths, injuries, and missing persons. The aggression has also led to the displacement of two million people and massive destruction of homes and infrastructure, affecting more than 70% of the buildings. The region continues to face a tight siege, a severe humanitarian crisis, and an unprecedented famine, particularly in Gaza and northern Gaza. (ILKHA)
