The Specialized First Instance Criminal Court in Saada province has issued death sentence for ten of the defendants in killing Dhahyan's students by the aggression coalition’s warplanes in 2018.
The court sentenced ten of the defendants to death for targeting and killing the students in Dhahyan in Saada.
According to the ruling, the defendants, who were sentenced to death for targeting and killing students in Dhahyan in the airstrikes, are as follows: 1 - Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, 2 - Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, 3 - Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, 4 - Donald John Trump, 5 James Norman Mattis, 6 - Giselle Norton Allen Schwartz, 7 - Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi,8 - Ali Mohsen Saleh al-Ahmar, 9- Ahmed Obaid Bin Dagher, 10 - Mohammad Ali Ahmad al-Maqdashi.
The ruling also stipulated obligating the convicts to pay a fine of ten billion dollars to the families of the victims. (ILKHA)
