A high-level delegation from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, led by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, has arrived in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, to participate in the 16th Kazan International Economic Forum.

The Afghan delegation was warmly received at Kazan International Airport by the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, reflecting a spirit of cordiality and mutual interest in expanding regional engagement.

The Kazan Forum, a prominent gathering that brings together economic policymakers, investors, and government representatives from across the globe, provides a strategic platform for Afghanistan to pursue economic diplomacy amid its continued efforts to stabilize and rebuild its economy under the Islamic Emirate.

According to official statements, the Afghan delegation will hold a series of bilateral and multilateral meetings with senior representatives from participating countries.
