The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Amir Khan Muttaqi, has met with Turkish Ambassador, Cihad Erginay, in Kabul.
Erginay expressed his condolences for the victims of the explosion that took place in front of the Afghan Foreign Ministry and wished mercy from Allah to those who lost their lives and speedy recovery for the injured, according to a statement by the ministry.
Erginay said that in the next few days, his country will deliver the 7th shipment of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan, adding that Turkey will continue providing humanitarian aid to the Afghan people.
For his part, Foreign Minister, Muttaqi hailed Turkey’s condolences and for delivering humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.
Muttaqi called for further strengthening of political ties between the two countries. (ILKHA)
