At least eight people were killed and several others injured in an explosion at a birthday party in the Iranian capital Tehran.
The explosion took place in a café where gas was being used to inflate balloons for the celebration, Iran’s Red Crescent said.
The cafe owner, his wife, and his three children were among the victims, according to local sources.
