Hezbollah Deputy Leader Sheikh Naim Qassem delivered a heartfelt tribute to the late Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah during a speech broadcast on Al-Manar on Monday.
Describing Nasrallah as a brother, father, and a remarkable leader, Sheikh Qassem emphasized the late leader's unwavering dedication to the Palestinian cause and Al-Quds.
In his remarks, Sheikh Qassem reassured Hezbollah fighters that Nasrallah's spirit and leadership would continue to inspire them. He condemned the Israeli regime for committing massacres across Lebanon, asserting that Israel's belief that international support would secure its objectives is delusional.
Despite the significant losses and sacrifices Hezbollah has endured, Sheikh Qassem stated that the group would not alter its positions. He reaffirmed Hezbollah's commitment to confront the Israeli enemy in solidarity with Gaza and in defense of Lebanon and its citizens.
Sheikh Qassem addressed claims regarding Hezbollah's military capabilities, dismissing them as mere illusions. He announced that the organization would soon elect a new Secretary-General following Nasrallah's martyrdom. He noted that recent attacks, including those on Ma’ale Adumim, have forced Israeli settlers in Haifa to seek shelter.
Highlighting the ongoing nature of the conflict, Sheikh Qassem indicated that Hezbollah is prepared for a prolonged battle and ready to respond to any Israeli land incursion, stating that all options remain on the table as part of their strategic plan. (ILKHA)
