Israeli airstrikes kill at least 19 Palestinian civilians across Gaza Strip

At least 19 Palestinian civilians were killed and dozens more injured on Wednesday in a series of Israeli airstrikes that struck multiple areas across the besieged Gaza Strip, according to local health officials and humanitarian sources.
In one of the deadliest incidents of the day, Israeli warplanes bombed a residential home in western Gaza City, killing six people and injuring at least 20 others, according to local media and eyewitnesses.
Elsewhere in northern Gaza, an Israeli airstrike struck the Amr Ibn Al-Aas School in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood—currently housing displaced families—resulting in the deaths of five civilians and wounding several others. The school was being used as a temporary shelter amid the ongoing conflict, raising fresh concerns about the targeting of civilian infrastructure.
In central Gaza, near the Wadi Gaza bridge area close to the Israeli settlement of Netzarim, the Palestine Red Crescent reported that Israeli forces opened fire, killing three civilians and injuring several more.
Meanwhile, in the southern city of Khan Yunis, five more people from the Abu Arab family were killed when an Israeli airstrike hit a tent sheltering displaced residents in the Al-Mawasi area, which had previously been designated as a "safe zone" by Israeli authorities.
Human rights groups and humanitarian organizations continue to express alarm over the rising toll on civilians, particularly children and displaced families, amid intensifying military operations. The Israeli military has not yet publicly commented on the strikes or the reported civilian casualties.
