Israeli forces kill 70 Palestinians in one day of terror in Gaza

The bloodshed in Gaza continues as Israeli occupation forces carried out another day of relentless massacres, killing at least 70 Palestinians on Friday alone, according to medical sources inside the besieged enclave.
From the early hours of the morning, warplanes and artillery bombarded residential neighborhoods, while tanks and soldiers targeted civilians with live fire. Entire families were buried under the rubble of demolished homes and tents belonging to displaced persons, whose only crime was seeking shelter from the onslaught.
Medical teams reported that among the dead were at least eight bodies recovered from under collapsed buildings, while nine others succumbed to severe injuries in overcrowded hospitals lacking medicine and equipment. Another nine civilians were slain as they waited desperately for humanitarian aid, gunned down in cold blood while attempting to feed their families.
The rising death toll underscores the systematic campaign of extermination being carried out against Gaza’s population, as Israel continues its policy of starvation, displacement, and indiscriminate bombardment. Humanitarian organizations have repeatedly warned of war crimes and crimes against humanity, yet the siege tightens and the killing escalates.
Despite the immense suffering, Palestinians continue to endure with steadfastness (sumud), refusing to abandon their homeland. Every life lost is a painful reminder of the urgent need for the world to act—not with silence and complicity, but with decisive measures to halt the ongoing genocide and hold the occupation accountable.
The tragedy of Gaza is not simply numbers—it is the destruction of families, the erasure of futures, and the deliberate attempt to crush the spirit of an entire people. Yet even under fire, Gaza’s cry for freedom grows louder, demanding justice from a world that can no longer turn away. (ILKHA)
