Israeli occupation massacres 43 Palestinians in Gaza since dawn

The Israeli occupation army has once again unleashed a wave of brutal aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip, massacring at least 43 Palestinians, most of them women and children, and injuring dozens more since dawn on Friday.
Medical sources confirmed that one of the deadliest attacks of the day occurred in the Al-Tuwam area, north of Gaza City, where Israeli warplanes deliberately bombed a residential house, instantly killing 14 civilians and leaving many others buried beneath the rubble.
In a separate attack, Israeli forces struck the Jabalia al-Nazla neighborhood in northern Gaza, martyring four Palestinians and wounding several others. Two more lives were taken when Israeli jets targeted a tent sheltering displaced families in Al-Shati refugee camp, a supposed safe haven west of Gaza City.
The massacres did not stop there. In Rafah, Israeli gunfire claimed the life of a Palestinian man waiting in line for desperately needed aid, injuring others at the same scene. Another Palestinian was shot dead in Khan Younis in southern Gaza, while in Al-Sudaniya, northwest of Gaza City, multiple civilians were killed and wounded in yet another airstrike on a home.
In central Gaza’s Deir al-Balah, a Palestinian man succumbed to his wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli strike, further adding to the mounting death toll. At dawn, occupation warplanes bombed three homes belonging to the Abu Meiri family east of the city, destroying them completely.
Since the genocidal campaign began in October 2023, at least 64,718 Palestinians have been martyred and more than 163,850 wounded, according to health officials. Thousands remain trapped under the rubble as Israeli attacks continue to obstruct emergency crews and civil defense teams from reaching the victims.
Human rights groups and Palestinian resistance factions have denounced the relentless bombardment as part of a systematic policy of collective punishment aimed at breaking the will of the Palestinian people. Despite the catastrophic toll, Gazans remain steadfast, continuing to resist occupation and demand freedom, justice, and the lifting of the 17-year blockade imposed on the enclave. (ILKHA)
