Palestinian driver carries out ramming operation against Israeli troops in occupied Hebron
A ramming operation targeted Israeli occupation forces near the town of Halhul, north of occupied Hebron (Al-Khalil), on Tuesday evening, injuring a female soldier, according to Israeli and local media reports.
Local Palestinian outlets reported that a Palestinian driver struck a group of Israeli regime troops stationed near Halhul in the occupied West Bank — an area that has seen intensified raids, home demolitions, and military harassment by occupation forces in recent months.
Israeli media confirmed that a female member of the occupation army was wounded in the incident. Following the operation, the vehicle reportedly withdrew from the area before Israeli forces could respond.
Occupation authorities launched a large-scale manhunt in the surrounding areas, deploying units across roads and nearby villages in an attempt to track down the driver. Military sources from the Israeli regime said troops were conducting searches throughout the Halhul area.
The incident comes amid escalating tensions across the occupied West Bank, where Palestinians face near-daily military incursions, arrests, and settler attacks carried out under the protection of Israeli forces. Resistance operations targeting occupation troops have increased in response to these ongoing violations.
Israeli media said the injured individual was a soldier from the occupation army. (ILKHA)
