Relatives of prisoners those have been in prison for many years because of various conspiracies of FETO/PDY, have visited political parties. It is emphasized in the visitation, paving a new way is in need for a retrial for those are unfairly convicted.

Prisoners' families whom members booked with the various conspiracies of parallel structure have visited HUDA PAR and Saadet Party Diyarbakir provincial head offices to explain their victimizations. In the talk, it is indicated that Islamic segment has been ignored so far those are unrightly victimized by conspiracies.

Head of Human Right Society Atty. Mehmet Karadag and Assistance and Solidary Association of Convicted, Prisoners and Families (Yusufi-Der) secretary-general Mustafa Senol have accompanied with visitation of families.

Victimized families made their first visit to Saadet Party Diyarbakir provincial head office. Visitation committee has been welcomed by chairman of Saadet Party Diyarbakir provincial head office Fesih Bozan.

Head of Human Right Society atty. Mehmet Karadag and Yusufi-Der Secretary-general Mustafa Senol spoke on behalf of committee, uttered the victimizations generated by parallel structure.

FETO prosecutors used law to take down those are not on their lines

Bozan stated that traps of FETO continuing from the past to present to eliminate especially with slanders against those have not same thought like them, "Prosecutors of Fethullah Terror Organization and people who are on the same line, used law to eliminate those are not having same thought like them. Files of people who was sentenced by those men is needed for review. But unfortunately the Government which came in power with the vote of Muslims, has ceased the hope of Muslims. Those rights that given to Jews and Christians need to be given to Muslims too. We feel stranger in our own land. Members of Ergenekon and Balyoz released with special status and also compensation has given to them. In this case, happen if it required. But Muslims lingers for years." he said.

Prisoner families later visited HUDA PAR Diyarbakir provincial head office. Visitation committee have welcomed by HUDA PAR provincial chairman Seyhmus Tanrikulu and HUDA PAR Diyarbakir provincial secretary-general Ercan Senol.

Head of Human Right Society atty. Mehmet Karadag had a talk in the visitation, remarked that there are hundreds people are in prions who victimized by parallel structure.

Karadag uttered that the reason of their visitation is to relief of people who victimized by lawless hearings and put jails, indicated that they want susceptibility from all segments on this issue.

HUDA PAR Diyarbakir provincial office chairman Seyhmus Tanrikulu expressed his appreciation on the visitation, emphasized that restoration of honor need to be given back to those are in jail with unfair reasons.

Rehearing way for unfairly convicted people need to be open

HUDA PAR provincial Chairman remarked that they have work as a party on emancipation of those are in jail with unjustifiable reasons, "People have disappointed 15 July FETO mischievous network coup attempt with their religious values. The Government need to take this into consideration and step forward towards of people's desires and wills. The Government and people in different points might be tested with divine warning if the step is going to be opposite side. Although we made our warning, thousands people were released from jails by a partial amnesty change. The Government has ignored this, even the violation of rightful share was in sight.  But victims of Islamic segment who sacrificed their young age and their future for the honor Islam and Muslims have ignored with an injustice way. Our wish is that the Government see the missing of application they made and reinstate the dignity of these our brothers.

At least rehearing need to be done again. Otherwise those brothers have no request for amnesty, those who in expectation are guilty ones. We believe that those brothers have never did encroachment and wrong do to anyone." he said.

Many people are unaware of those people bedeviled by parallel structure

Karadag, uttered that there is a big unjust treatment, "We have many brothers are in prison more than 20 years. There is an unjust treatment not only for them but for their families too. This unjust treatment haven’t reflected to the people of Turkiye. Many people are unaware of this victimization. Yet we, before everything believe that we together need to concentrate and start a work on this issue as a requirement of our Islamic identity and brotherhood. We believe this is a duty for us. On this wise, with families of prisoners, we think to visit first political parties, nongovernmental organizations and sensitive segments of society. We want to that awareness occur. We have visited Saadet Party and HUDA PAR today. Families of our brothers in prison have uttered their victimization. Our visitations will continue from now on. We believe there will be a pressure on the government if everyone be sensitive and do their share." expressions were used.

Those sentenced my son are from parallel structure, they are in jail

Yusuf Salur, whose son is in jail for 22 years has remarked that judges who sentenced his son are from parallel structure and in jail now, indicated that judgment from terrorist is invalid.

Salur, made call, "We want from authorities to open a rehearing way to relief our aggrieved sons. We request from President, Prime Minister and Minister of Justice to relief our sons and open a rehearing way. I can't say judge to those members of FETO and sentences our children. I can't bring myself to say they are policemen in that period those members of FETO. We want given sentences by those betrayers to be dropped. Because punishment given by a terrorist, betrayer is invalid, can't be accepted.  Although this is invalid in law, also invalid according to Allah's sharia law. We request from authorities of the public to open a new rehearing way for our sons." (ILKHA)
