The Turkish Statistical Institute announced on Wednesday that production within the construction sector increased by 10.8% in November 2024 compared to the same period in the previous year.
Analyzing the subsectors, the construction of buildings index surged by 14.3%, the civil engineering index by 8.3%, and specialized construction activities by 0.9% year-over-year.
On a monthly basis, construction production saw a rise of 3.2% in November 2024 compared to October.
Specifically, the construction of buildings index grew by 3.7%, civil engineering by 1.4%, and specialized construction activities by 2.9%. (ILKHA)
