A 4.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded in the Germencik district of Aydın, southwestern Türkiye, according to the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).
The earthquake occurred at 7:51 PM local time on Tuesday and was measured at a depth of 9 kilometers.
