The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday that four members of the PKK were neutralized in military operations in northern Iraq and Syria.
According to the Ministry’s statement, these operations are part of an ongoing campaign targeting “terrorists from the air and on the ground.”
The statement specified that two PKK members were neutralized in the Operation Claw-Lock (Pençe-Kilit) region in northern Iraq through an airstrike, while two additional PKK/YPG members were neutralized in the Euphrates Shield region in northern Syria using fire support.
The Turkish Armed Forces continue to intensify operations against PKK targets in both regions, reinforcing their commitment to border security and counter-terrorism measures, according to the Ministry. (ILKHA)
