HÜDA PAR MPs unfurl posters of Hamas leaders during Turkish Parliament session on Gaza

During a special session of the Turkish Parliament’s General Assembly focused on Gaza, HÜDA PAR MPs displayed posters of Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar, the new leader of Hamas, as Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas delivered his keynote address.
President Abbas, who received a standing ovation for his speech, highlighted the ongoing Palestinian struggle and called for international support. The display of Haniyeh and Sinwar's posters by HUDA PAR MPs, including a tribute to Haniyeh, who was killed in an attack by the Israeli occupation regime in Tehran, drew significant attention and mixed reactions on social media.
The posters of martyr Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar were positioned prominently, signaling support for Hamas's leadership. Additionally, the Felicity Party also unfurled posters of Haniyeh and the late Necmettin Erbakan, a notable political figure in Türkiye’s political history. (ILKHA)
