Kazakhstan’s President Tokayev arrives in Ankara for official visit

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan welcomed Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Ankara on Tuesday, marking the start of an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
President Tokayev was greeted with an official ceremony upon his arrival at Esenboğa Airport. The ceremony was attended by Minister of National Defence Yaşar Güler, Presidency’s Head of Communications Burhanettin Duran, Governor of Ankara Vasip Şahin, and other senior officials.
Following the ceremony, the two leaders held a brief meeting at the VIP Lounge of Esenboğa Airport.
President Tokayev’s visit will include high-level meetings and the signing of cooperation agreements in various fields, with both countries expected to discuss regional developments and deepen strategic ties. (ILKHA)
