Khaled Mashal: Sinwar's legacy will bring down the zionist regime

Khaled Mashal, the political leader of Hamas abroad, delivered a powerful speech in Istanbul, Türkiye, during a mourning ceremony for Yahya Sinwar, who was recently assassinated by Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip.
Mashal praised Sinwar for his significant impact against the Israeli regime, stating, “Sinwar kicked up a storm against the Zionist regime and afflicted it with a great earthquake that will lead to its destruction.” He emphasized that despite the enemy's attempts to confront Sinwar with an unfavorable fate, God granted him a noble destiny, allowing him to lead a courageous life and die honorably.
He reiterated the commitment of the Palestinian Resistance to confront Israeli atrocities, expressing openness to any approach that ensures the realization of Palestinian rights and brings an end to the aggression against them.
Khalil al-Hayya, the deputy chief of Hamas’s Political Bureau, also confirmed Sinwar’s martyrdom in a statement, noting that he was killed during the ongoing Israeli assault on Gaza, which has persisted for over a year. The ceremony served as a reminder of the ongoing conflict and the resilience of those involved in the Palestinian struggle. (ILKHA)
