Prophet’s Lovers Foundation slams Leman magazine for insulting Prophet Muhammad

The Prophet’s Lovers Foundation (Peygamber Sevdalıları Vakfı) has strongly condemned the so-called satirical magazine Leman for publishing offensive content that disrespects the most honored of creation, Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
In a powerful statement, the foundation expressed deep indignation over the magazine’s blatant insult, affirming that such acts of provocation are completely unacceptable to Muslims and are seen as a direct attack on the values and sanctities of Islam.
“We reject and condemn, in the strongest terms, the disgraceful actions of Leman magazine and those who stand behind it,” the statement read. “Those who mock our beloved Prophet, the Mercy to the Worlds, peace be upon him, are deserving of the curse of Allah (SWT), His angels, and all righteous believers.”
The foundation drew parallels between Leman and the notorious French publication Charlie Hebdo, accusing the Turkish magazine of echoing the same hate-filled rhetoric and attempting to sow discord within society.
“We will never remain silent in the face of such vile disrespect,” the group added. “Our love for the Prophet (peace be upon him) is above all, and we will defend his honor with our voices, our actions, and our prayers.”
Calling upon all Muslims, scholars, and civil organizations to unite in defense of the Prophet’s dignity, the foundation urged legal authorities to take swift action against those responsible and ensure that such blasphemy is not repeated under the guise of free speech.
The incident has reignited calls across the country for greater legal protections for sacred religious values and has intensified demands for accountability from those who use media platforms to attack Islam’s most revered figures. (ILKHA)
