HÜDA PAR extends solidarity to Yemen over martyrdom of prime minister in Israeli strike

HÜDA PAR has strongly condemned the Israeli regime’s latest brutal airstrikes on Yemen, which claimed the lives of Yemeni Prime Minister Ahmed Galib al-Rehawi and several ministers.
The party expressed its deep solidarity with the Yemeni people and the Ansarullah movement, honoring the fallen leaders as martyrs who stood firm in the path of justice and resistance.
In a statement on X, HÜDA PAR Deputy Chairman Hüseyin İmir invoked the Quranic verse, “Do not call those who are killed in the way of Allah ‘dead.’ Rather, they are alive, but you do not understand” (Al-Baqarah 154). He described the slain leaders as martyrs whose sacrifices would continue to inspire the oppressed across the Muslim world.
İmir underlined Yemen’s steadfast stance in supporting Palestine despite enduring relentless attacks by the Israeli regime and its Western allies, particularly the United States. “We pray for Allah’s mercy on Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi and the martyred leaders, and we extend our deepest condolences to the Yemeni people and the Ansarullah movement,” he said.
He stressed that the Yemeni people’s sacrifices embody a moral leadership that shames the silence of those who prioritize worldly gains over justice. “While Yemen’s brave stand against oppression comes at the price of martyrdom, those who remain silent will face a far greater loss in the eyes of history and their own people,” he warned.
HÜDA PAR hailed the Yemeni people’s unwavering commitment to the Palestinian cause, affirming that the blood of the martyrs will only strengthen their determination to resist occupation and genocide in Gaza.
The latest Israeli strikes on Yemen have sparked anger and condemnation across the region. For many, Yemen’s resilience under Ansarullah’s leadership represents a beacon of defiance against tyranny and a symbol of solidarity with Palestine’s struggle for liberation. (ILKHA)
