Top Turkish officials discuss strategic response to Middle East crisis

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan chaired a critical security meeting at the Presidential Complex in Ankara to assess the ongoing crisis sparked by Israel's recent attacks on Iran and the broader regional implications.
The high-level meeting addressed the conflict in its entirety, focusing on Israel's expanding military aggression, diplomatic efforts to de-escalate tensions, and the potential repercussions for both regional and global security.
Participants discussed strategic measures Türkiye may adopt in response to evolving developments, as well as the country’s preparedness for a range of possible scenarios. Emphasis was placed on maintaining regional stability and contributing constructively to diplomatic resolutions.
Attending the meeting were key members of Türkiye’s national security and foreign policy leadership, including Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, Head of the National Intelligence Organization İbrahim Kalın, and AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik.
