The Turkish Foreign Ministry has issued a strong condemnation of recent statements by Israeli officials regarding the annexation of the occupied West Bank.
"We reject in the strongest terms the statements by Israeli officials calling for the annexation of the occupied West Bank," the ministry stated in its press release.
The Ministry emphasized that these statements defy international law and the two-state solution, underscoring that Israel's ultimate objective appears to be the seizure of Palestinian territories.
"The impunity with which Israel pursues its policy of genocide and occupation against the Palestinian people further emboldens Netanyahu and his supporters," the ministry added.
In its call to action, the Turkish Foreign Ministry urged the UN Security Council and the international community to take a firm stance against Israel's unlawful policies. (ILKHA)
