Türkiye and Sweden will convene their inaugural Security Compact meeting in Ankara on Wednesday.
The meeting was established following a joint statement issued during the NATO Vilnius Summit.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya will represent Türkiye, while Sweden will be represented by Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard and Justice Minister Gunnar Strömmer.
The Security Compact meeting will focus on discussing bilateral, regional, and international security matters, with a particular emphasis on counter-terrorism efforts. (ILKHA)
