Afghan Deputy Prime Minister meets with Uzbekistan special envoy in Kabul

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, met with the Uzbekistan special envoy Abdulaziz Kamelov, and Ismatilla Ergashev, National Security Adviser of Uzbekistan.
The two sides exchanged views on the further expansion of friendly ties and cooperation between the two countries, Afghan officials said.
Kamelov said that he traveled to Kabul under the direction of Uzbekistan’s president to expand trade ties and discuss agriculture, management of water, and other bilateral issues. (ILKHA)
