Abu Obeida, the spokesperson for Hamas’ al-Qassam Brigades, praised Yemen’s Ansarullah group for its missile counterattack on Tel Aviv, condemning the ongoing Israeli aggression against civilian targets in Yemen’s Sana’a and Hodeida.
In a statement shared on his Telegram channel on Thursday, Abu Obeida said, “We bless the missile counterattack that was carried out by our honest brothers from Ansarullah in Yemen and targeted the heart of the Zionist entity.”
He commended Ansarullah's supportive stance towards Gaza, urging further escalation of such attacks until Israel halts its military campaign.
Abu Obeida also criticized renewed Israeli strikes on Yemen, describing the occupation state as “the archenemy of the entire Ummah.” He called on the international community and regional allies to support the Palestinian people’s resistance against Israeli aggression.
The remarks come amid heightened regional tensions and an intensified Israeli military campaign in Gaza and beyond. (ILKHA)
