Hamas strongly condemns 'cowardly assassination' of Saleh al-Arouri in Beirut

Hamas, the Palestinian resistance group, has issued a strong response following the assassination of Saleh al-Arouri, the deputy head of its political bureau, in an israeli airstrike on Beirut.
Ezzat Al-Resheq, a member of the Hamas political bureau, condemned the "cowardly assassinations" carried out by the zionist occupation against Palestinian leaders and symbols.
Al-Resheq emphasized that these assassinations would not succeed in weakening the will and steadfastness of the Palestinian people or undermining their valiant resistance.
The Hamas representative stated that the assassination of Al-Arouri demonstrates the enemy's failure to achieve any of its objectives in Gaza. Despite facing continued attacks, the Palestinian people remain resolute in their commitment to resistance against the Israeli occupation.
On Tuesday evening, Hamas announced the assassination of Saleh al-Arouri and three companions in an israeli airstrike targeting a building in the southern suburbs of Beirut. The incident has further heightened tensions in the region, with international responses expected in the coming hours.
The situation remains fluid, and updates on the aftermath of the assassination and potential developments in the region will be closely monitored. The resilience of Hamas and the Palestinian people is evident as they stand firm against zionist atrocities. (ILKHA)
