Israeli occupation forces besiege hospital in Tulkarem

Military escalation continues as occupation forces deploy armored units around Shahid Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital, intensifying the 267-day siege of Tulkarem.
Israeli occupation forces carried out a large-scale operation in the city of Tulkarem in the early morning hours, heavily deploying armored vehicles and infantry units around Shahid Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital.
The occupiers completely blocked access to the hospital, according to local sources, halting both vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Soldiers also raided the nearby Adaviye Commercial Center, climbing onto rooftops to monitor the area and stopping some Palestinians for field questioning. No detentions have been reported so far.
This operation is part of a 267-day ongoing assault on Tulkarem city and the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps. The city remains under heavy siege, with occupation forces restricting entry and exit points and opening fire at civilians approaching the area.
Sources also report that occupation forces have installed iron gates around the Tulkarem Refugee Camp, blocking neighborhood entrances, and have set up earth barriers in eastern districts while seizing some homes.(ILKHA)
