Israeli warplanes massacre 18 civilians in another bloody day in Gaza

At least 18 Palestinian civilians were killed and several others wounded on Monday as Israeli occupation forces launched a fresh wave of airstrikes across multiple areas of the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources and local reports.
Among the victims were three members of the same family, including a woman, who were killed in an Israeli airstrike near the University College in southern Gaza City.
Medical staff at the Nasser Medical Complex confirmed that four additional civilians were killed following a drone strike that targeted groups of people in the central and eastern parts of Gaza City.
In a separate incident in central Gaza, Israeli warplanes bombed a water distribution vehicle behind Al-Huda Mosque in Al-Nuseirat refugee camp, killing one civilian and injuring at least four others.
Residents reported that attacks have continued relentlessly since the early hours of Monday morning, with airstrikes and shelling intensifying in densely populated areas. Hospitals, already overwhelmed by months of conflict and shortages, are struggling to cope with the growing number of casualties.
As of Monday afternoon, the death toll from the latest wave of Israeli attacks had climbed to at least 18, with fears that the number could rise as more injured civilians are brought to medical facilities.
The ongoing Israeli bombardment has devastated infrastructure across the Gaza Strip, targeting residential neighborhoods, places of worship, water and food distribution points, and public facilities. Rights groups and humanitarian organizations continue to raise alarm over the worsening humanitarian catastrophe and the indiscriminate nature of the Israeli military campaign. (ILKHA)
