25 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Kurdistan Region, bringing the number of cases to 532 in the country, the Health Ministry announced on Thursday.
9 of the new cases were recorded in the region’s capital city of Erbil and 16 in Sulaimani province.
The first case of COVID-19 infection in Iraqi Kurdistan was confirmed on the 1 March.
Kurdistan has so far reported 532 confirmed coronavirus cases, with 5 deaths and 407 recoveries. (ILKHA)
