Palestinian resistance groups issue message on second anniversary of Al-Aqsa Flood Operation

Palestinian resistance groups have released a joint statement on the second anniversary of the Operation Aqsa Flood, emphasizing that “resistance is the legitimate path of the people.”
The groups underlined that despite “genocide, betrayal, and massacres,” the Zionist enemy has failed to achieve its objectives, reaffirming the legitimacy of armed resistance.
The joint statement said:
“For two years, we have endured the gravest genocide war seen in history, perpetrated by the enemy against our people. Despite the treachery and silence of the international community, and despite pains, wounds, immense sacrifices, brutal massacres, and an unprecedented war, the cruel Zionist enemy and its allies failed to reach their primary declared goals, particularly to eliminate the resistance and forcibly reclaim Zionist captives.”
“On the anniversary of the immortal Al-Aqsa Flood, we declare our pride in the legendary epic written by our people in Gaza. This resistance stood as a rock against all the enemy’s deceitful plans and schemes.” the statement added.
The message noted that the Al-Aqsa Flood conflict, which began on October 7 and continues to this day, marked a historic turning point for the resistance. It was described as a natural response to Zionist plans against the Palestinian national cause and a factor that helped expose the lies and black propaganda spread by the Zionist regime and its leaders.
“All forms of resistance remain the only legitimate path against the occupying Zionist enemy. No one has the right to forfeit the weapons of the Palestinian people, and this is unacceptable. These legitimate arms are guaranteed under all laws and international conventions. The Palestinian people will continue to carry these arms from generation to generation until they reclaim their land, sanctities, freedom, and legitimate rights, regardless of the magnitude of sacrifices,” the statement emphasized.
The resistance groups called upon Arab and Islamic communities to take initiative on this historic anniversary:
“We urge people to take to the streets and squares in capitals and cities to support Palestine and the resistance, assist our people, and reject the genocide and massacres committed by Zionist terror. We send greetings to the steadfast support fronts in Greater Yemen, Lebanon, noble Iraq, and heroic Iran. We salute the souls of all martyrs across the fronts, including commanders Seyyed Hasan Nasrallah, Seyyed Hashim Safieddin, Commander Muhammad Bagri, Hussein Salami, Gholam Ali Rishid, Muhammad Said Izdi, and all others who sacrificed their lives in support and aid positions. We pray for mercy on the commanders of the Al-Aqsa Flood and those who planned this great heroic epic. The heroic deeds of leaders such as Ismail Haniyeh, Yahya al-Sinwar, Muhammad al-Deif, and all resistance groups will continue to illuminate history.”(ILKHA)
