At least 33 Palestinians were killed in continued Israeli attacks on Gaza, bringing the overall death toll to 43,374 since the conflict began last year, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry on Monday.
The ministry reported that 102,261 individuals have been injured in the ongoing Israeli aggression.
A statement from the Health Ministry noted that the Israeli military carried out three family-targeted strikes within the past 24 hours, resulting in 33 fatalities and 156 injuries.
Rescuers are facing difficulties accessing affected areas, with many individuals still trapped under debris and on roadways, the ministry added.
The ongoing Israeli offensive follows a Hamas attack last year, and despite a UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate cease-fire, the strikes have not ceased.
The protracted conflict has displaced nearly the entire population of Gaza and exacerbated an already severe humanitarian crisis, with shortages of essential supplies including food, clean water, and medicine. (ILKHA)
