4.5 magnitude earthquake rocks Kütahya’s Simav district in western Türkiye

A 4.5 magnitude earthquake struck the Simav district of Kütahya province in southern Türkiye at 07:23 TSI, the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) reported.
The quake, with a depth of 8.81 km, had its epicenter at 39.22139 degrees north latitude and 28.97306 degrees east longitude.
No immediate reports of casualties or damage have been received, and authorities are continuing to monitor the situation. (ILKHA)
