Bakirkoy Chief Prosecutor decided arrest for the former prosecution barristers Zekeriya Oz, Celal Kara and Mehmet Yuzgec to be imprisoned.
The decision of arrest is based on “Forming an organisation”, “Violence by using force to eliminate Turkeys government and partially or completely misusing their job.”
It has been claimed that Celal Kara who is to be arrested has escaped abroad.
Previously the Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors expelled the prosecution barristers from their jobs. (ILKHA)
