HÜDA PAR calls for Islamic solidarity with Lebanon under Israeli pressure
HÜDA PAR Deputy Chairman and Gaziantep MP Şahzade Demir delivered a powerful warning during a press conference at the Turkish Grand National Assembly, saying Lebanon is being deliberately isolated while the Israeli regime escalates its aggression across the region.
According to Demir, the silence of Muslim-majority nations has created a dangerous environment that encourages further violations from the occupation.
Demir emphasized that the Israeli regime’s strategy is clear: weaken Lebanon, target the resistance front, and reshape the geopolitical landscape of the Eastern Mediterranean.
“Lebanon has been abandoned at a time when it is under systematic attack. The Israeli regime violates borders, destabilizes the region, pressures governments, and carries out assassinations—all while claiming to seek security,” he said.
He criticized what he described as the “instrumentalization of global institutions” by the United States and Europe, which, rather than restraining the occupation, provide it with political cover.
Economic Blackmail, Political Threats, and Military Pressure
Responding to Western rhetoric demanding the disarmament of Hezbollah, Demir said these pressures have nothing to do with Lebanon’s internal stability and everything to do with the Israeli regime’s strategic goals.
“Trump’s ultimatum, Barrack’s comments, and U.S. diplomatic coercion are designed to dismantle Lebanon’s defense capabilities. The goal is to leave Lebanon defenseless against Zionist expansionism,” he stated.
Demir said the maritime boundary agreement with the Greek Cypriot Administration is a perfect example of such foreign pressure—“an agreement signed not out of free will, but out of fear.”
A Call to the Islamic Ummah: “Our Silence Is Enabling Aggression”
Demir urged all Muslim countries—especially those in the region—to adopt a collective stance.
“Lebanon stands on the frontline of resistance. Its strength is central to the dignity of the Ummah. If Lebanon falls, the balance of power in the region will shift entirely in favor of the occupation,” he warned.
He called for political solidarity, economic support, and diplomatic pressure to counter the Israeli regime’s expanding aggression.
Afghanistan–Pakistan Tension: A New Front of Destabilization
Shifting his focus, Demir warned that increasing tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan pose a serious threat to the unity of the Islamic world. He argued that the crisis is being fueled by foreign intelligence networks seeking to weaken Muslim nations internally.
“Provocations from India and the United States aim to pit two Muslim nations against each other. This is a classic divide-and-rule strategy,” he said.
Demir called for joint security mechanisms, economic cooperation, and intergovernmental dialogue rooted in Islamic brotherhood.
“The Afghan and Pakistani peoples have suffered enough. They deserve peace, development, and stability—not another cycle of conflict,” he stressed.
Europe’s Child Protection Scandal: “A Mirror of Moral Collapse”
Demir concluded his address by highlighting the disappearance of thousands of migrant children across Europe, noting that many were under state supervision when they went missing.
“This cannot be dismissed as incompetence. These numbers point to a structural failure—and possibly complicity,” Demir said.
He drew parallels to the Epstein scandal, describing it as a window into the hidden networks exploiting vulnerable children.
“When the world’s most powerful individuals are linked to child abuse networks, no one should be surprised when thousands of migrant children disappear without trace,” he warned.
Demir called for the creation of a global, transparent, and accountable system to safeguard vulnerable children—one free from political biases and geopolitical manipulation. (ILKHA)
