Magnitude 5.0 earthquake strikes southern Türkiye

A magnitude 5.0 earthquake struck the Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş province in southern Türkiye on Saturday morning, the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) reported.
The quake occurred at 09:31 local time (TSI) at a depth of 7 kilometers. No immediate reports of damages or casualties have been received, and authorities are closely monitoring the situation.
