The Prophet’s Lovers Association has invited Istanbul residents to attend a special event in Sancaktepe, organized under the theme "Stars Enlightening Our Path."
The event is part of the association’s annual initiative, which aims to celebrate and draw lessons from the lives of the Prophet Muhammad’s companions.
Abdüsselam Yaçin, Vice President of the Prophet's Lovers Association in Istanbul, emphasized the significance of this initiative in a statement to the ILKHA news agency.
“Inspired by the Hadith, ‘My companions are like stars; whichever of them you follow, you will be guided,’ we have organized activities since 2018 to help the Muslim community know, understand, and live the lives of the Prophet's Companions, the golden generation who followed his path,” Yaçin said.
He added that these efforts serve as an essential foundation for setting the agenda of the Muslim community and shaping future generations with wisdom.
The "Stars Enlightening Our Path" event will take place at the Sancaktepe Mustafa Öncel Cultural Center on Friday, November 15, at 8:30 p.m. Yaçin extended a warm invitation to all Istanbul residents, encouraging them to attend and reflect on the timeless values exemplified by the Prophet’s companions.
