Turkish Coast Guard teams have rescued 113 irregular migrants, including 48 children, off the coast of Karaburun and Foça districts in İzmir.
In a separate incident, 18 migrants, including 14 children, were apprehended in a rubber boat off the coast of Seferihisar.
All rescued and detained migrants were subsequently transferred to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management for further processing.
