Turkish Finance Minister to attend G20 meeting in South Africa

Turkish Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek has traveled to South Africa to participate in the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting.
The summit, which is being held in Cape Town, will run until February 27 and focus on key global economic issues.
During the meeting, finance ministers and central bank governors will discuss global economic developments, financial stability, and sustainable development. Minister Şimşek is accompanied by Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) Governor Fatih Karahan, who will also take part in the discussions.
