The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced Saturday that a total of 13 members of the PKK/YPG were neutralized in cross-border operations in northern Syria and Iraq.
According to the ministry's statement, 10 militants were killed in the Euphrates Shield region of northern Syria, while another 3 were neutralized in the Operation Claw-Kilit area of northern Iraq.
“Our breath is on their necks!” the ministry’s statement declared. “Our heroic Turkish Armed Forces have successfully neutralized 10 PKK/YPG terrorists in the Euphrates Shield region of northern Syria and 3 PKK terrorists in the Claw-Lock region in northern Iraq. Our operations will persist in all weather and terrain conditions without interruption.”
